P&A Consulting Engineers (P&A), Inc. is a civil engineering consulting firm with the ability and commitment to provide progressive, timely, quality civil and environmental engineering services on a variety of projects. P&A's offices in St. Augustine specialize in site development and permitting services, utilities, water resources, storm water management, and a broad spectrum of other civil engineering services in Florida and the Southeastern United States.

P&A has performed a wide variety of engineering services for both public-sector and private-sector clients. Public-sector clients include: TECO Peoples Gas; Jacksonville Electric Authority (JEA); St. Johns County; the City of St. Augustine; St. Johns Housing Partnership; Habitat for Humanity; Florida Low Income Housing Association; and Northridge Lakes Community Development District. Private-sector clients include: Radisson Ponce de Leon Golf and Conference Resort; Woodlawn Terrace, LLC; River City Homes and Development Corp.; Parker Cadillac; Northridge Lakes, LLC; and RIM Properties, among others. Staff members have been working on projects in St. Johns County since 1975.

P&A has provided pro-bono services in assisting Affordable Housing projects in St. Johns County, working extensively with Tom Crawford, Housing and Community Services Director, and Bill Lazar, Director of St. Johns Housing Partnership (SJHP). We have worked on six Affordable Housing projects in St. Augustine: Hancock Place S/D, Flagler Village / Woodlawn Terrace Apartments, Northridge Lakes PUD, Hastings Villas and Habitat Hastings. Staff members continue to be involved with volunteer service in Affordable Housing and public assistance in permitting and emergency management. P&A has volunteered free services for design of the Homes for Our Troops house being constructed for Marine Corporal Tyler Southern in Honey Branch Estates also designed by P&A.
