P&A provided an analysis and design of the City of St. Augustine sewer forcemain and pump station system for the special service overlay area which includes Sebastian Cove, Northridge Lakes, Old Sebastian Point and Whispering Creek PUDs. P&A conducted a study of the existing sewer system, existing pump stations and existing routes to provide the most feasible, economical and expedient solution for the proposed sewer forcemain route and connection point. P&A obtained all the required permits for the project from St. Johns County, the Army Corps of Engineers, the Department of Environmental Protection, Florida East Coast Railway, and Florida Department of Transportation. P&A has currently been performing Construction Management Services for the project. The key element of this project has been the outstanding coordination with permitting agencies and all parties involved, which resulted in an unexpectedly quick turnaround for permits as well as meeting all deadlines and goals. |
P&A did the design and permitting for this upscale office park in St. Augustine, purchased one of the buildings, and relocated its offices there in 2006. Located on the north side of SR 16 opposite Royal St. Augustine, the new office park houses offices of Century 21 Realty, Ancient City Insurance, and Geomatics Surveyors, among others. The park provides a unique “one-stop shop” that conveniently serves commercial and residential development needs in a single location. |
Client: TECO - Peoples GasLocation: Duval & St. Johns Counties, Florida Timeline: April 2007- Present & April - November 2000 2007 P&A is providing full service support from concept design, construction plan, permitting and construction management to put a new gas pipeline in St. Augustine for TECO Peoples Gas.The projected date of putting the line into service is December, 2007. 2000 P&A's services to Peoples Gas included environmental review of design plans, field assessment, and coordination with environmental agencies, including those of St. Johns County, Florida Department of Environmental Regulation, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, on permitting issues and alternatives to minimize environmental impacts and permitting constraints. |

Client: St. Johns Housing PartnershipLocation: Butler Avenue Timeline: 2001-2007 P&A provided a wide variety of engineering services from the initial due diligence to the final construction plans, required permitting, and construction management of this affordable housing subdivision. Client: Northridge Lakes, LLCLocation: St. Johns County Timeline: June 2003 - present P&A has performed the following variety of services for this 662-unit development, which includes 131 town homes, 264 condominiums, and 367 single-family homes: due diligence, site plan, construction plans, permitting, and project management. P&A is also the District Engineer on the project for the Northridge Lakes Community Development District. |
Client: St. Johns CountyLocation: St. Augustine South Timeline: August 2002 - March 2007 In 2002, P&A conducted a comprehensive study of the bluff erosion along Moultrie Creek and prepared a report for St. Johns County to assess options for solutions to the problem. P&A's report with recommendations was used by the County to help stabilize the bluffs, develop a trail plan, and preserve the ecology of native systems. In 2006, P&A was contracted by the County to design a 4-mile walking trail along Shore Drive. The Trail is designed to wind around the existing trees along the route, providing a beautiful and serene recreational spot for area residents. |

Construction Plans were developed for the project depicting horizontal control, site grading, drainage, and stormwater improvements. |
